Welcome to Revolutionary Union Solutions (“RUS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, content, materials, services, or any affiliated platforms (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Site.

We’re not here to mince words, tiptoe around hard truths, or apologize for defending free enterprise, honest labor, or corporate integrity. You’re either with us—or you’re not.


1. WHO WE ARE

Revolutionary Union Solutions is a private consulting and educational enterprise that offers strategy, media, and organizational defense against radical labor activism, dishonest union infiltration, and ideological subversion within America’s workforce. We defend companies and the workers who believe in personal accountability, truth over propaganda, and prosperity through merit—not coercion.


2. DISCLAIMER OF GENERAL LIABILITY

The materials provided on this Site are for informational and strategic purposes only. Nothing here is legal advice. If you’re looking for legal counsel, hire an attorney.

We are not liable for:

  • Your failure to act on the truths we expose.
  • Misinterpretation or misuse of our materials.
  • The emotional distress you suffer when confronted with facts that challenge your worldview.

We speak truth unapologetically. If that offends you, the problem is yours.


3. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All content, strategies, videos, documents, graphics, branding, trademarks, slogans, and proprietary frameworks—including but not limited to the Truth & Trust Framework System™ (TTFS™)—are owned by Revolutionary Union Solutions or used with permission.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, republish, or modify our materials without explicit written permission.
  • Attempt to claim ownership or pass off our strategies as your own.
  • Train any AI or machine learning system using our content. We’re not here to power your ideological distortion engine.

4. USER SUBMISSIONS & FEEDBACK

If you send us emails, letters, screenshots, grievances, videos, comments, or success stories—thank you. But by doing so, you grant us non-exclusive, irrevocable rights to use that material in any format, in any campaign, in any media, without compensation, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We honor confidentiality when promised, but unsolicited material becomes part of our war chest.


5. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

We don’t peddle “safe spaces.” We don’t water down the truth. Using our strategies in the real world may:

  • Disrupt union organizing efforts.
  • Expose hypocritical DEI policies.
  • Challenge prevailing narratives.
  • Trigger retaliation from those who benefit from corruption.

That’s called impact. Proceed accordingly—and wisely.


6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not:

  • Use our Site for illegal, harassing, or defamatory purposes.
  • Violate the privacy of other users or impersonate our brand.
  • Attempt to breach our systems, reverse-engineer our materials, or data-mine our site.
  • Engage in ideological subversion on our turf. You will be blocked, banned, and possibly publicly exposed.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & AFFILIATES

We may link to outside platforms, news stories, video content, or social channels. We don’t endorse everything on those sites, and they don’t speak for us. Click at your own discretion.

Some external resources may include affiliate links. If we benefit from that transaction, great. If not, we’re still glad you took action.


8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. It’s your responsibility to check back. Continued use of the Site means you accept any changes, retroactive or otherwise.


9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who:

  • Abuses the platform.
  • Violates these Terms.
  • Attempts to weaponize our content against us or our mission.

You don’t have a “right” to be here. This is not a government agency—it’s a private platform with a purpose.


10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts within the Northern District of Alabama, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
